We needed to sell our 50-year-old home in Newport Beach where we had lived for 25 years. After online research, we liked Tori’s stats. Luckily, we were then able to obtain a referral about her from our next-door neighbor who had sold a house in our neighborhood, with Tori representing their buyers. She was very happy with Tori’s professionalism, so we decided to go with Tori. We never regretted that decision. Our house needed a lot of work, and rather than fix it up, we decided to move to a newer home and let someone else have the delight of remodeling. What a great experience working with Tori. We've used her both on the buying and selling sides. She is an expert in her field and knows the local market better than anyone else that we met with. When buying, she is a wealth of knowledge and will fill you in on everything you want to know about the neighborhood and will even introduce you to other homeowners with the same floor plan to give you ideas for different remodels and/or optimize the layout and design. And she is also a master at negotiations to get the best price. On the selling side, Tori is a marketing machine. She even had a photographer come out with a drone to take aerial shots showing proximity to the beach. She has a very extensive network and was able to get a strong cash offer for our house before it was even listed or shown at an open house. Tori gets results and takes a lot of the stress and hassle out of the buying and selling process and I wouldn't work with anyone else.

Tori helped us in the purchase of a house about 18 months ago. She carefully helped us understand the real estate market in the area.
